The Museum Store, Columbus Museum of Art

Identity Program

Info

The Columbus Museum of Art had a lobby gift shop—two, in fact—that no one noticed. The two spaces were positioned across from one another just inside a large, bright entryway. The large space was used for general merchandise, while the smaller one was specifically for children's gifts. There was plenty of good stuff for sale, but no signage, branding, or packaging to tie the two spaces together or entice visitors into the stores.

I designed a cohesive identity that worked across both segments of the store, and included logos, packaging and signage.
